Unemployment and financial crises to  avoid

Finding a job might be more difficult in the future, as AI and automatization will take many roles. We can fend it off by becoming self-reliant, entreprenuer, farmer, someone who can produce the basics to survive, and becoming as much independent from the outside world as possible. It can be even enjoyable and fun. 
Financial crises affect mostly the rich. The ripples do harm to everyone, because the global market has become intertwened. If you live in a sustainable small community, you won't be affected.
